The security requirements from the Australian Tax Office (ATO) requires:

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to be enabled for user login
  • Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 for data uploads

MFA will be available from 24th Dec 2019

MFA and TLS 1.2 will be mandatory from January 1st 2020 for STP Uploaders.

Please note: Most customers now use TLS 1.2 however if you need any assistance you can chat with us by clicking the ‘Chat with our support team’ button below or email us at support@clicksuper.com.au

What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication provides an additional layer of security to your ClickSuper login. You will be required to provide another credential to verify your identity, in addition to your Username and Password when logging in.

An overview of ClickSuper MFA
ClickSuper will take you through a step-by-step process to set up your MFA appropriately.

From mid-December 2019 you will see a screen that prompts you to set up your authentication code when you log into ClickSuper.
